But, more importantly, we talk about encouragement and how much easier it is to be encouraged, disciplined and patient when you have even some little shred of evidence to suggest that all will work out for the best if you do just "follow the process".

So that's what I'm about - we have evidence aplenty in this episode - real experiences that encourage us all to not just keep practicing, keep turning up but keep gently nudging ourselves a little further forward all the time.
