Paula Holland is a Mental Fitness Coach, inspirational storyteller / speaker, award-winning author, watercolor artist, and 20+ year cancer survivor. Cancer recovery taught her to listen to the quiet, intuitive voice of her heart, rather than the terrified, naysaying voice of fear that had been running her life. As an expert in decisive change, fierce courage, and taking leaps of faith, her passion is reconnecting heart-centered, women who feel trapped, overwhelmed, exhausted, or unfulfilled to their truest self and a life of vitality, joy and flow.
