Have you ever heard the name Brownie Wise? If it seems vaguely familiar that makes sense. She was a pioneer in direct sales at a time when "upper management was no place for a woman", and defied all odds in a male dominated industry. She was revered for her charm, confidence and savvy business skills, until she got too much attention and was wiped from Tupperware history.
