Strength and athletic performance physical training is necessary, but without taking a step back to look at the food, or better yet the FUEL, that you put into your body, that physical training won't have as strong of an effect. Listen to us uncover the importance of supplementation, vegetables, balance of carbs and when to eat them as well as how much protein do you actually need. First off, thank you for being dedicated listeners up to this point in our podcast journey. 2020 was quite the year to say the least. Throughout all of the content we delivered, our hope was to "educate" you all on various topics, as well as inspire you and "lift" you up to be the best version of yourself.
In this episode we summarize our viewpoints and explain the plan we have for 2021. A lot is going into our podcast preparation for this year so that we can bring the best fitness education to you all. Stay tuned for vast ranging seasons such as Nutrition, Mindset, Sports Performance & many more.
