in this episode Host Loren Johson recovery coach and addiction advocate talks about how LJ Voice Project is producing a new podcast called Limitless Journal.   sharing  Self-care, substance abuse, support groups, recovery coaching, coping skills, relapse prevention, resilience,  positive thinking, personal growth,  emotional regulation, social support, and problem-solving.  Limitless Journal is going to share real-time events, real-life events from the life of recovery coach Loren Johnson.  Prior law enforcement, NCAA college wrestler, student-athlete, addiction recovery coach, a survivor of 8 overdoses (hospitalized), coma survivor, stroke survivor, acute liver failure survivor, 2 traumatic brain injuries survivor, 13 sport-induced concussions from wrestling and football, domestic abuse survivor,  sober from alcohol since 2019, sober from heroin since 2021, eagle scout, survivor, and fighter, motivated me in the darkest hours, suicide survivor, father, son, brother, husband, here to inspire hope to those struggling with life events while sharing my story as a survival guide for others.
