She goes into detail about what it is like, as a 16 year old kid, to get signed to a record contract, what is was like to make her way across the world selling 10 million records, how she was affected by postnatal depression at just 20 years old and why she knew she needed to make the biggest decision of her life by leaving the band - and all the pressures that created. 

This is a sincerely personal insight into Natasha’s life and gives you a good idea of the depth of conversations that will be featured on Live Better With Natasha moving forwards.
