This week I am talking about my version of the three keys to wellness and as usual, it probably wont be what you're thinking.
Over time, and from various places, we have been sold a version of wellness that, to me, comes off as unachievable and harmful. Everything in wellness seems to be complicated; involving a strict level of balance that doesn't exist in the modern world and consistency.
If, like me, these rules aren't working in your favour, perhaps my version of wellness is what you have been searching for 😉
This episode is only 17 minutes long. Tune in now.
