Los Angeles Angels fans who watch this team closely know that pitching was not our problem last season, despite what the media continues to say about our Halos. After last week's conversation about "no decent pitching after Ohtani" on MLB Network, we've decided to take our three young starting pitchers and show you how they compare to some of the best in the league! Not that these pitchers *are* these standout starters, but that their career trajectories and progress line up with some of the best in baseball!

Today, we'll take a look at Reid Detmers, Patrick Sandoval, and Jose Suarez, and we'll compare where they stand currently in their career to starting pitchers that have made an impact in MLB. Do their stats and career trajectories match up with the most highly-sought after pitchers? You'll find out, and be surprised, on today's Locked On Angels!

The Los Angeles Angels have found their 4th outfielder in Brett Phillips, a beloved player who brings positivity and good character to the club! Looking at his numbers, you may not be too impressed and your initial reaction may be confusion, but the Super Halo Bros. are here to let you know there's no cause for concern! We'll dive into the details, Phillips' stats, and why he makes sense as the 4th outfielder for the Halos. Plus, we'll discuss his media introduction and what he said about his routine, discipline, and role on the team that stood out to us!

Then, now that he will be the 4th outfielder, what does this mean for Mickey Moniak and Jo Adell? We'd been expecting one of them to make the club out of Spring Training and fill in behind Mike Trout, Hunter Renfroe, and Taylor Ward, but now it's looking more likely that they will begin their seasons in AAA. We'll tell you why this will end up being a good thing for both players heading into this season in segment 2!

Plus, the Miami Marlins have made it even more clear that they're ready to deal one of their starting pitchers with the recent signing of Johnny Cueto, and we wonder if the Angels have what it takes to get a deal done. Earlier this week, Locked On Marlins host Peter Pratt pondered some potential outfielders who could help Miami, and we discuss the idea of Jo Adell or Mickey Moniak plus some shortstop help making it happen in segment 3!
