Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder has received two bids from groups including Josh Harris and Magic Johnson, and the NFL has approved new rules for the coming season.

The Washington Commanders have received two fully-funded $6 billion bids to purchase the team from Dan Snyder. One from a group led by Josh Harris involving Mitchell Rales, Magic Johnson, and potentially even Robert Griffin III. That is according to ESPNs Adam Schefter.

Additionally, the tone of coach Ron Rivera's and team president Jason Wright's answers pertaining to the future of the franchise has shifted a bit as the sale appears to be nearing.

Next, the NFL has some new rules in place for the following season including the availability of the number zero as a possible numeral for players beginning this year.

Additionally, teams could be made to play a second Thursday Night Football game, beginning this season.
