The Cubs have done a lot since Sean last recorded, agreeing to arbitration deals with four of their five remaining players, leaving Ian Happ as the lone Cub heading to an arbitration hearing. Theo Epstein is officially joining MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred's office, the international prospect signings brought the Cubs Dominican shortstop Cristian Hernandez, and the Cubs have reportedly signed a minor-league deal with Shelby Miller. Oh, and Kyle Schwarber players for the Washington Nationals - so it's been a weird few weeks for the Cubs.
