1) We talk about the Silver Slugger, and how Jose should have won the award but it is not a massive deal that he lost. Devers was deserving even if he was more deserving of second place.

2) We play a game of shortstop musical chairs to try and figure out where a potential landing spot for Amed Rosario might be if the Indians decide to move on.

3) Continuing to look at why prospects failed going through former top 100 prospects from the Indians. Why were these players not able to become regular major league players?

1) News is sparse around baseball. I talk about Franmil in the outfield, then discuss how I am taking an idea from a listener and digging into which top prospects have failed and why starting with the year 2000.

2) Alex Escobar was the center of the Roberto Alomar deal and should have been successful. Why wasn't he? Corey Smith, another first-rounder on this list who failed to produce. We talk about why.

3) We are just getting started looking at the injury cases of Michael Aubrey and Adam Miller, along with the curious case of Jake Dittler.

1) Jose Tena is lighting the Arizona Fall League on fire, but how important is that really, and how much does it mean. We look back to 2019 and talk about why one should be excited but not too excited. We also talk about more possible Cubs trades.

2) Oscar Gonzales signs an extension, but what does that mean for a minor league player? Why Mercado and Zimmer are more valuable than you think.

3) We dig into all the fall league performers and about what can be learned from limited data.

1) A free agent has signed, so we talk about why I thought Andrew Heaney might have been a fit for the Indians. We also talk about the MLB trade rumors top 50 free agents and the one player, Mark Canha, projected to sign with the Indians.

2) Looking at the free-agent class, made me think about the 2013 draft. Which has a lot of players who are now free agents. We look at the last time the Indians picked in the top five. It is one of just three times the Indians have had a top-five pick in the last 28 years. It was also the last time the Indians signed a fee agent and cost themselves draft picks.

3) This draft was not the strongest but did have the greatest selections occur on day three. We focus on late day two and day three in general in what turned out to be a rather poor draft for the Indians.

1) Chris Valaika is the Indians new hitting coach, and I love it. We talk about his own history and how it overlaps with current Indians. Along with the success the Cubs had with hitters this past year, and how this cements an Ian Happ deal needs to happen tomorrow.

2) The Indians let go of Nick Wittgren, Roberto Perez, Francisco Perez, and Cam Hill. We talk about where the roster is currently and what this all means.

3) We take a quick look at the qualifying offers and how they could end up affecting the Indians draft position.

We talk with Javi about the most recent addition to the Padres Ruben Niebla. We had some fun telling stories about my time covering the minors and how it was that so often I heard Ruben Niebla's name came up when pitchers talked about their craft. We talk about how the Padres have been a wasteland of pitching development. Why it is that Ruben Niebla might be the biggest addition the Padres make. Then we talk about the Clevinger trade again. I focus on why it has turned into such a great deal for the Indians and why it has been one Padres fans are already ruing. Javi and I both have some fun and laughs after what has been a rough year for both fan bases.

1) We already have our first postseason trade. The Tigers are a better team and got an elite defender to handle their young staff and didn't have to give up much. Then we look at Andrew McCutchen to see if he would be worth the Indians time.

2) Jeff McNeil and Francisco Lindor do not get along, while that makes him a liability in New York it might make him perfect for Cleveland. We focus on the unhappy infielder and what he might cost.

3) We continue in this line of thought on McNeil and bring up what the trade could look like, and what the lineup could end up being. We also talk a little Rule 5 at the end.

1) We talk about why I am hoping the Astros lose. I also talk about tomorrow's show, a cross-over with Locked On Padres.

2) We talk about the first round of the 2012 class that saw the Indians draft Tyler Naquin. It also saw a pitcher from Solon taken by the Blue Jays. Along with several big names like Corey Seager, Matt Olson, Jesse Winkler, Jose Berrios, and many others after the Indians selection.

3) The Indians used a different approach for this class. We talk about how every big-name signing didn't work out. Instead, it turns out the senior signs are what made this class solid.

The fans are taking over in this all mailbag edition of the show

1) We dig into Richie Palacios some more. We talk about Ruben Niebla. Also, Matt Olson would be awesome but is unlikely.

2) Pitching is not quite a renewable asset, and we focus on why I am not a fan of trading pitchers in general. We also look at the Blue Jays for potential outfield help. I wonder if they might be an answer for the catcher situation.

3) We focus on the Mariners. Could they make sense for a trade with the Indians? The question focuses on Jose Ramirez. Yet, I wonder if there is a lesser trade for Amed Rosario that might make more sense.
