After all of Ryan's hard work for a Keibert Ruiz season breakdown, he threw it all away for some interesting comments made by local billionaire, Ted Leonsis. Ted owns the Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards, and now allegedly owns NBC Sports Washington. Scott Abraham stopped him at the Caps opening night, and asked about his interest in purchasing the Nationals and we play that audio in here as well. Also, there have been a lot of dominos falling that supports this theory, Ryan explains it all here.

On today's show, Ryan gets right into Davey Martinez announcing that there will be no changes going into the 2023 season regarding his coaching staff, and a ton of fans aren't happy about that. He then makes the case for why the Washington Nationals absolutely need to move on from pitching coach Jim Hickey. President of baseball operations, Mike Rizzo, also met with the media in New York and laid the groundwork of what we should expect as far as Stephen Strasburg, the ownership situation, as well as Carter Kieboom heading into 2023.
