MEDICAL GASLIGHTING:
Gaslighting can be subtle and isn’t always easy to spot. When seeking medical care, experts recommend watching for the following red flags.
• Your provider continually interrupts you, doesn’t allow you to elaborate and doesn’t appear to be an engaged listener.
• Your provider minimizes or downplays your symptoms, for example questioning whether you have pain.
• Your provider refuses to discuss your symptoms.
• Your provider will not order key imaging or lab work to rule out or confirm a diagnosis.
• You feel that your provider is being rude, condescending or belittling.
• Your symptoms are blamed on mental illness, but you are not provided with a mental health referral or screened for such illness.

CONCEPTS:
It doesn’t matter the cause, it’s here with us now. The real issue is what do we do and what do we need to understand?
- It all takes longer than you think. Maybe someone gets lucky and has a short bout of _____ but many do not.
- Early treatment, in our group of over 4000 patients, has shown overwhelming effect on post-covid syndrome (it is very rare in those treated early.
- PostVax is more difficult as the vaccine effects (like the disease) are heterogeneous across people, and you generally cannot “early treat” that like the actual infection.
- With significant long COVID or post vax it can take 6-12 months in good cases or longer to resolve WITH AGGRESSIVE THERAPIES.
- It appears that COVID and those who react to the Vax BOTH have (a) things stirred up that were silent, and (b) new onset underlying issues. The more complex the case the more of these areas that need to be assessed and treated.
CRITICAL AREAS TO ASSESS:
1. Cell Function: Includes nutrients, organelles, nutrigenomics, membranes etc.
