Love Island: The Debrief

Working out how this recoupling is going to go is basically like trying to solve a rubix cube blindfolded. It's basically going to be down to which boy chooses first... and one of our lovely girls will be going home :( Oh villa gods, why must you be so very crueeeeeel?!

So we had speed dates, some sexy snogs and a sweaty sleep - things are getting interesting... so Poppy Jay is here with Kem and Arielle for our morning debrief, and she does not hold back - we love to see it.

We all need a big hug this morning don't we? Well - good news, because Mr Cuddles and Hugs himself is here to chat about his time in the villa.

Yinka Bokinni has got up specially on a Saturday morning to debrief last night's episode with us - and we're glad she's here because a lot went down.

The Naughty Trio (aka Lucinda, Chloe and Millie) have been mixing things up in the villa... we had awkward chats, sexy chats and quite a few snogs last night. It's all shaping up to be a veeeeery interesting recoupling - and that's before we even consider the fact that TEDDY is coming into the villa. Is it hot in here?!

We've seen some SERIOUS grafting this week - everything from oat milk to bed making, so Sideman is here to help us crown this week's Top Grafter in the JD Graft Off. Arielle won last week, so can Kem come in this week with an equaliser?

Never before has an MMS caused so much chaos.

Lewys Ball is here this morning! It's his fourth time on the podcast - it's almost the longest relationship that any of us have ever been in.

The girls went to bottomless brunch, and surprisingly none of them had a bottomless hunch that there were going to be two bombshells in the villa waiting for them when they returned... Lucinda and Millie are smoking hot and it looks like they might have piqued some of boys' interest. Anyone order scrambled heads for breakfast?

Hugo had a barney with some of the girls over his answers in 'Knowing Me, Knowing You'. Nobody wants to see our islanders upset, but they managed to patch things up in the end. Shame that in the preview for tonight's episode we have seen some tears from Rachel - guess we're just going to have to tune in tonight to fine out...

Weirdly, we've had another anonymous problem sent in from someone in Majorca, luckily our resident agony aunt Olivia Attwood drops in to solve all of your life dilemmas - so if you have a problem that you just can't wrap your head around, pop us an email at [email protected] and Liv might solve it for you next week.

Okay, so basically the whole villa is in chaos. Luckily, Nick Grimshaw is here for The Morning After debrief with Arielle and Kem!

How did we go from being so loved up to basically being ick-city? Liam and Faye disagreed over cats, Toby hasn't been cuddling Kaz, Liberty is worried that she hasn't been giving the other boys enough of a chance, Rachel's crying over Brad AND Aaron doesn't like Sharon's future car choice. Are we getting to a point where Hoey are the villa's power couple?!

Tonight - we're going to see what happened to make Hugo cry and there are two new girls heading into the villa! Chaos. Absolute chaos.

So - who's Rachel going to choose? Brad told Rachel she was his type, but she said that she thought Chuggs might be more trustworthy. Poor thing, having two fit boys graft their wee socks off for her, really feeling for her today.

Weirdly, halfway through the show last night we got a preview of the new Bond film! Oh, wait... was that the challenge? RIGHT, makes more sense. Those tuxedo thongs didn't really seem practical for international espionage.

We've had our first recoupling of the series - and it's left two of our boys single. Brad and Chuggs are going to have to put some serious WORK in on Sunday night to keep their places in the villa.

That dumping was SAVAGE - it happened almost as fast as one of Brad’s ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ - er, encounters. We did not expect to be saying goodbye to Shannon so soon - and neither did any of the Islanders. Nobody is safe in that villa..

It’s Throwback Thursday! Eva and Nas, our series six sweethearts are here to reminisce about their sunny days in South Africa and let us know what they think about our new Islanders.

And… we’re going to have to talk about THAT conversation between Brad and Faye. Reckon they’re going to stay coupled up? Hm, maybe not. We’ll have to find out tonight at 9pm.

It’s not all doom and gloom though, Toby and Kaz went on a super sweet date, then Jake and Liberty got into some *positions* during the game of beer pong.
