Cookie is the founder of Cuppa TV – an online platform that shares conversations, masterclasses and experiences that improve the well-being, performance and belonging of individuals and teams. I recently appeared on the platform when cookie interviewed me about my story and the power of voice. Over the last few years the Cuppa platform has Interviewed over 400 thought leaders, held live and online events, raised significant funds for charity and changed peoples lives, one cuppa at a time.

We talk about the importance of conversation, his life puzzle that he has pieced together to create learning lessons from and the impact he is here to leave.
