Lydia Ko & Israel Adesanya’s Mental Coach GRILLS ME on Negative Self-Talk, Self-Sabotage & More!

Listen Later

You possibly don’t know the name, David Niethe. But I promise you, this is one hell of an episode.

David is the author of the book "The Winning Mindset."

And he is most certainly qualified to write a book about personal success and resilience.

For the past 30-odd years he has carved a reputation for himself as New Zealand's leading mental performance coach. He has worked closely with the likes of Lydia Ko, Israel Adesanya, the Black Ferns, the Breakers and many other high performance individuals and teams.

He started working with Lydia and Izzy when she was still in primary school, and he was yet to have his first MMA fight.

In this episode we talk about some of these legends David has worked with to get an insight into their mindsets. Then we will get to learn about David Niethe and what makes him tick.

And along the way you will hopefully pick up tons of little ideas for how YOU can get closer to your goals, overcome personal fears, build resilience and generally get more out of your own life.

I do need to warn you. David does not pull punches. His tough love approach means he swears. A lot. If that’s going to be an issue for you, you might like to skip this episode.
