Astrid is a Visiting Fellow with the Europe, Russia, and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. She is a career diplomat with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs with expertise on a range of nuclear policy and nonproliferation issues.
