Jamie Pinder is back on the show for episode #71 and we’re talking magic pills once again. With several recent deaths of females in the bodybuilding space, I decided it was time to help raise awareness. It’s not just steroids, or diuretics, or competing, or crazy diet protocols, but a combination of a lot of variables plus back history that can make prep unhealthy or dangerous.
In this episode we discuss red flags with coaches, the athletes responsibility at different levels, and what to expect from a coach according to your goals.
Just a friendly reminder that bodybuilding is definitely healthy and bodybuilding competition prep variables can and should be mitigated in a healthy as possible fashion. Enjoy the show!
