You only get one chance to make a first impression, are you sure the one you are making is the right one? Nikki shares that making a powerful first impression is crucial when trying to earn clients. She speaks about a sales rep she worked with that was always late for meetings and would arrive barreling through the door like a bull in a china shop. Needless to say, his first impression game was not up to par.

The introduction is the first step in Nikki’s selling staircase and is where you need to make that powerful first impression.
