Dr. Loehr has spent has spent the past 40 years researching, studying, and teaching athletes how to lead with character, become more resilient, and gain a mental edge. Dr. Loehr has worked with 400,000 athletes over his career including 17 number one athletes in a variety of sports. Dr. Loehr was a pioneer in the mental performance field back in the 1970’s and he is still working hard to improve his craft and create awareness around the power of our minds.
