It's amazing to see how fast a good reputation can be destroyed. Watching the speed at which Rosanne got fired, and had her career ended, for a ridiculous tweet (although she didn't exactly have a "good reputation" to start with), it puts into perspective how careful we need to be. In this episode, I tell you about a situation right now with a lender, where they screwed things up so bad, causing a nightmare for my buyer, and how this all reflects on me too. I give details. Guys, Realtors are the general contractor of the real estate transaction. When we recommend lenders, title peeps, home warranty companies, etc, those experiences reflect back on us too. We'll talk about a tip for protecting yourself when making recommendations, and what you ultimately MUST do when one of your recommended vendors provides a terrible experience for one of your clients.
