No single word strikes more fear and anger into the hearts of real estate agents than... wait for it... Zillow! The real estate industry's perennial villain, Zillow, is constantly a topic of conversation and debate between agents on social media, as well as a target for vitriol. But as you'll learn from our special guest, Jason Cassity of The Cassity Team in San Diego, Zillow is really NOT the company that real estate agents and loan officers should be most worried about. Not right now anyways.

While the majority of freaked-out Realtors are focusing their energy on Zillow, there's another company disrupting our industry right now, as we speak, in a few of the major markets around the U.S. They openly try to cut Realtors out of the deal as often as possible, and they have some serious VC funding backing them. Past that, there are some far bigger players, with much deeper pockets, and much more power who can shake things up instantly if (or when?) they decide to.
