055. Maria grew up in Germany but is a Spaniard that now lives in Austin, Texas. She’s always been fit and has lived an active lifestyle. For most of her life, she never thought she wanted to be a mother. At 39, something clicked that changed her mind. She shares her challenging journey to pregnancy with several failed IUI’s. Despite only having morning sickness for one day, she too had her challenges through pregnancy. Join us as she shares her journey to motherhood and the true meaning of her daughter having the life force of two. Maria is an Air Force Veteran, has a PhD in health sciences and is a college professor in fitness. She calls herself the menopause expert by helping women have a better experience through menopause.
