Also, a district judge in D.C. is claiming there is still a constitutional right to abortion despite the Supreme Court’s latest decision in the Dobbs case. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly is arguing that the 13th amendment provides the right to abortion because having a child is a form of involuntary servitude to her. This is how a judge manipulates a case to make it appealing to the Supreme Court and is exactly why we need term limits for judges.
