Many listeners on the Triathlon scene will know Mark Threlfall as presenter of the ever-growing Youtube Channel - Global Triathlon Network (GTN).
But as an incredibly talented athlete in his own right, Mark competed nationally as a young swimmer before moving across to triathlon and competing at World class level in both short and long course triathlon for many years.
Dealing with Epstein Barr Virus and glandular fatigue, he has certainly experienced the demands of high-level sport. In more recent years he has been a familiar face on GTN and we're interested to hear how he dealt with his own personal identity shift of Professional Athlete to Presenter.
Mark shares with us his wealth of triathlon knowledge, thoughts on strength training and some of the slightly crazier sporting challenges he's found himself lining up for since being with the GTN show.
