My guest today is Fernando Angelucci. My good friend Fernando is the 28-year-old Senior Managing Partner of Titan Wealth Group based out of Chicago, Illinois. Fernando first read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” when he was 16 years old and subsequently started his first business at the age of 19 while attending the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. By the age of 23, he was able to replace his income and exited the 9 to 5 life to begin investing in single family and multi-family properties full time. Fernando is also a member of our Self Storage Mastermind and contributes a great deal of information to our Partners.
