The first 19 years of Andy's commercial real estate career, Andy specialized in site selection, development and leasing of retail shopping centres, fast food and full-service restaurants throughout California, and Arizona. Andy has represented such clients as: Carl’s Jr., Taco Bell, KFC, Jack in the Box, Mimi’s Café, Bucca di Beppo, Texaco, Arco, and many other national firms. In addition, Andy had been active in the investment, purchase and sale of commercial real estate with such clients as Wells Fargo Trust, Northern Trust, Union Bank Trust Real Estate, Koll/Bren, La Mancha Development and others. The past 18 years Andy has been specializing in site selection with feasibility study, competitor evaluations, financial forecast, business plans, and lender pro-formas for self-storage. In addition, Andy has been the internet marketing arm for numerous self-storage facilities, providing leading edge technology and techniques to improve overall performance. Andy is actively involved in the ownership and management of numerous retail and self-storage properties as well as negotiating construction and permanent financing for existing and new projects in his investment portfolio.
