How is the majority of content consumed today? Reading the NYT is excellent, but that will only take you so far. Are you prepared for a recession to hit? If not, you may be setting yourself up for failure. A lot of agents don't understand that there is a big difference between a market cooling, and a market crashing. Recognizing the signs of market cooling and being proactive is what is going to help you avoid trouble.

Shannon has never listed a home without a professional video commercial, and it has paid off! The only thing gatekeeping you is fear and nervousness. Once you get over that, there is no reason why you should not be posting powerful videos!
