So many of our wounds,

Can’t be see by the eyes,

Can’t be felt on our skin.

They’re embedded in the fabric of our emotions,

Hiding behind forgotten memories,

And weaved into the stories that create our reality.

So let go,

And open yourself up to healing,

And let it soothe the emotions inside.

Let it sink deep into the soil,

And nurture all the seen and unseen.

Breathe now,

Deeper and deeper,

And call upon Spirit to wrap her arms around you,

Holding you with pure love.
