For the purpose of this meditation, prayer is consciously asking the Universe for the desires of your heart.  

So sprinkle prayer into your morning routine today, bravely asking for what you want, with humility and hope.

Let’s begin by taking a deep, full breath in,

Allowing the air to fill you up and expand you,

And then breathe out,

All the way out,

As you release and relax.

PAUSE…

Take this moment to share your desires with the energy that connects us all.

Let her know your heart,

Your dreams,

And all the things you want for this world.
