In this episode, Lauren and Meg discuss her 2024 racing calendar which has included 3x 100 mile races, 3x backyard ultras, 3x multi-day events, topping out with an overall win and 526.3 miles at 6 Days in the Dome... and isn't over yet!

Meg shares what goes into training, racing, and recovering from these kind of events, and what she enjoys so much about the challenge, the process, the learning opportunities, and the community. She shares the stories from her experience at Big's Backyard, as well as what's next for her!
