In this episode we have the wonderful Brent Draper. He is the 2023 MasterChef winner, husband, father, and all round top bloke. Brent is passionate about breaking the stigma attached to men’s mental health, and has made a huge impact when it comes to using his voice to do so.

We talk about his MasterChef experience, and how he got through some of the darkest times of his life. This chat is so heartfelt, and Brent really lets us in on some of his most personal thoughts, and is extremely vulnerable in explaining how his anxiety showed up in his body.

This is such an important conversation because just like Brent, there are thousands of men around the world who are silently suffering with this debilitating disorder, but have no idea what it is, or how they can overcome it.
