This year I’m saying NO to making resolutions. In my mind, resolutions set you up for failure bc you havvvvvvveeeeee to keep it or reach it, or else you’ve “failed.” I’m not putting that kind of pressure on myself this year. Instead I’m choosing to have digestible goals that help move me towards my dream body, home, career, purpose, home life, lifestyle, spiritual well-being, outreach, etc. What I don’t want to do is put so much pressure on myself to “achieve,” that I miss the joy, blessings and wins that are already happening in my life. I don’t want to have anxiety. That’s a bold claim, but I’m claiming it and I’m going to do the work to live a life of PEACE and TRUST this year and throw in some JOY and FUN while you’re at it. Ohhh, and I’m claiming God’s blessing over my life this year in all that I do. I’m also claiming that for Michael and Sunny and my family and friends and I claim it for all of you too. No more agenda forcing. Handing the wheel to God this year. I can’t wait to see where He goes with our lives.
