Diastasis Recti and Doming in Pregnancy and Postpartum with Aby Tobin

If you have heard of diastasis recti in pregnancy or the postpartum then you have probably heard the term doming. If these terms are all new fear not today’s episode is going to reveal all. But if you have heard the term doming it has likely sparked some fear in your mind or even led to you avoiding or restricting exercises and movements. Over the years, the advice and science about diastasis has shifted and we now know such much more, but the trouble is this information and support is not as readily available as it should be for pre and postnatal mums.

For this reason I am super excited for this week’s guest Aby Tobin @abytobinphysio, a pelvic health and exercise specialist physio, mum of 2 and a former athlete who has personally experienced prolapse.
