In this guided meditation from the Mindful FIRE Legends community, we explore the question: “Is this story useful?”
When doubt or unhelpful narratives start bubbling up, this practice helps you slow down, notice what is here, and gently loosen your grip on the thoughts that shape how you experience your life.
We begin by finding a posture that is both alert and relaxed, then settle in with three deep breaths. From there, you are guided to observe the stories your mind is offering, and to relate to them with curiosity instead of automatically believing them.
