The topic of mental health & addiction can be tricky. A lot of it could be left to the doctors and professionals, which I don’t claim to be, but I feel like most of us can talk about it freely since it probably affects someone in our life in some way, if not us personally. In this episode I open up about how my mental health has been shaped over the years and how I have learned what is hereditary and what stemmed from my environment. I also discuss how recreational drug use and medication affected me along with self-discovery and diet.
