You need to use the right bait!

Not only do you need to sell your customers on your business but you also need to sell your employees on it too! Building your culture within a small business is essential. Within culture you need to have a story and as Chris says "If you're a small business your story is you (an employee) gets to impact and help the company grow". Having this established makes it easier to get those employees to come aboard and ultimately scale your business. This is all trial and error. Sooner or later you are responsible to find where your "fish swim" to build upon your great business!
