Our ✨ new series ✨ where our guests are asked to design their ideal, neuroaffirming island happy place.

We ask them a series of very scientific and important questions like:

-‘what animals are native to and roam freely on your island?’ 

-’the museum on the island has 3 exhibits that represent your life’s major hyperfixations, what are they?’

-and ‘what 3 things are BANNED from your island?’

Pack your bags because this week we are visiting the very special island of the one and only, incredibly ADORABLE, Grace Koelma (O.G. Timon)! Grace lives in Western Australia with her husband Eric and two adorable blonde sons. The four of them are big fans of magna-tiles, vanlife trips and Bluey. 

We hope you loved our new series guys, we will be back in your gorgeous ND ears next THURSDAY with our second episode of Your ADHD Island (after that it’s back to regular programming and Your ADHD Island will move to a different day of the week).
