But taking time off is healthy. I take time off and in fact, I’m planning on taking at least three months off with maternity leave coming up.

2. You’re consistently feeling disappointment or discouragement after posting online
3. You’re feeling like you’re spending too much time on social media
4. You’re experiencing negative emotions like anxiety, loneliness, or anger after being online
