Put simply: this is a buyer’s market, and it’s looking even colder in winter. Will prices keep falling? Will FOMO return? Will interest rates spark another surge? Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t know, but I can't see where the demand will come from. Here's my case for why housing will be flat for another 12 months.
