We so often focus on kids who don't eat vegetables but what about adults and teens who could use some help with this too? Gone are the days of simply boiling or steaming vegetables, vegetables now make the most delicious main dishes AND secret ingredients in our favorite comfort foods. As a kid and teenager who ate a very simple diet, Nikki Dinki found herself avoiding fruits and vegetables most of her life, until she moved to New York as an adult.
