Heather and Karina are both parents, and their age gap has provided them sufficient life experience to see the glowing gap in care provided to new mothers in our society. Meeting this need is unlikely to come through allopathic medicine and its myriad of resources because they argue - as do I - that a holistic approach is required. After working for years with women utilizing skills they have picked up in the life and health coaching industry, they then turned their attention to writing a book, “The Way Holistic”, to help new moms (and dads) work with their own stories to become better parents and raise charismatic, healthy kiddos.
