Victoria Milligan, lost her husband Nicko, an executive at Sky, and Emily, 8, when they were thrown from their speedboat doing a sharp turn off Padstow during a sunny bank holiday weekend in May 2013. The empty boat, stuck going in circles, struck them.

Victoria lost her left leg while her three surviving children - Kit, then 4, Olivia, 10, and Amber, 12 - were also injured by the engine's propeller.

Ever since the tragedy, Victoria has been a tireless charity fundraiser. Over the years she has raised more than £1 million for good causes including £500,000 for the Cornwall Air Ambulance.

She truly believes that we can all cope with anything that life throws at us, big or small. In fact she believes that we can become even better than we were before and appreciate life in a different way.

Victoria talks openly to Annie and Louise about the accident, life without Nicko and Emily and the importance of being active for her recovery and how a healthy body means a healthy mind.
