In this week’s episode, we dive deep into why “stop pretending it didn’t happen” matters.
So many people carry pain in silence out of fear of judgment, shame, or not being believed. When trauma isn’t talked about, it doesn’t disappear — it grows heavier.
Mental health struggles are rising because people feel they have to pretend they’re okay when they’re not. This episode is about breaking that silence, acknowledging what happened, and choosing healing instead of hiding.
This week, we’re talking about happiness — what it really means and how it connects to your healing journey.
Happiness is something you find within yourself. It’s not one universal definition, because happiness is personal. What brings joy to you might not bring joy to someone else — and that’s okay.
Happiness can look like:
💛 Cooking a meal you love
💛 Cleaning your space and creating peace
💛 Taking long walks
💛 Spending quality time with loved ones
💛 Or simply enjoying your own company
The truth is: you have to choose what makes you happy.
And bestie — don’t enter a relationship expecting someone else to create your happiness for you.
Your happiness is your responsibility. A healthy relationship should add to your joy, not be the source of it.
When you discover your own happiness, your healing becomes stronger, deeper, and more intentional.

Trauma isn’t one single experience.
Trauma is anything that overwhelms your mind, body, or sense of safety.
Being sexually abused is trauma.
Being emotionally abused is trauma.
Being bullied is trauma.
A car accident is trauma.
Losing someone you love is trauma.
And the truth is this: any event that left you distressed, scared, unsafe, or changed in a way you didn’t choose — that is trauma.
✨ This Week’s Topic: Healing the Inner Child ✨
So many of our adult wounds come from a younger version of us who never felt heard, loved, or protected.
Healing truly begins when you reconnect with that inner child and give them what they always needed.
This week, we’re talking about how to heal your inner child, and we’re focusing on simple but powerful steps like:
💚 Forgiveness — letting go of the pain you’ve been carrying so your inner child can finally breathe.
💚 Spending quality time with your inner child — journaling, reflecting, talking to them, or doing things you once loved.
💚 Re-parenting yourself — giving yourself the love, comfort, and safety you didn’t receive growing up.
💚 Listening to your emotions — because your feelings today are messages from the child you used to be.
When you heal your inner child, you break old patterns, soften your triggers, and finally begin to live from a place of peace — not pain.
If you’re ready to start that healing journey, this week’s episode is for you. 🌿💛

NEW EPISODE: Healing Generational Trauma & Breaking the Pattern
So many of the struggles we face today didn’t start with us.
Unhealed trauma gets passed down — through behaviours, beliefs, fear, survival patterns, and emotional wounds that were never spoken about or healed.
In this episode, we dive into how trauma becomes generational:
• We inherit our parents’ unhealed pain
• We repeat patterns we don’t understand
• We carry emotional loads that were never ours
• We survive instead of thrive
• We feel triggers we can’t explain
These patterns aren’t because you’re “broken” — they’re a result of what your family had to endure and never got the chance to heal from.
But you have the power to break the cycle.
Healing your trauma isn’t just for you — it’s for your children, your future, and every generation after you.
When you choose to heal, you become the one who stops the pattern and creates a new legacy.
Hey bestie! In this week’s episode, we’re diving deeper into how to set SMART goals for your healing journey. 🌿
Last week, we explored journaling, meditation, and affirmations — and this week, we’re adding three powerful tools to help you continue growing and healing:
✨ Setting healthy boundaries — because protecting your peace is a form of self-love.
🏡 Changing your environment — sometimes healing starts by shifting the space around you.
🎶 Listening to music — sound can be medicine for the soul, helping you release, reflect, and renew.
Healing isn’t about rushing the process — it’s about creating the right space and tools to help you grow into your best self. 💫
