I started running again recently.

前阵子，我重新开始跑步。

At first, I rushed — eager to improve, eager to arrive.

起初我跑得很快，心里只想着“快点见成果”。

But within ten minutes, I was out of breath, already drained.

不到十分钟，就已经气喘吁吁、筋疲力尽。

So I slowed down — adjusted my breath, found my rhythm.

于是我放慢脚步，调整呼吸，试着找到属于自己的节奏。

Ten minutes became twenty. Twenty became thirty.

十分钟，慢慢变成二十，再到三十。

Each step felt lighter, each breath deeper.

每迈出一步，身体都更轻盈，呼吸也更顺畅。

Then I realized — it’s not just about speed.

我忽然意识到：跑步，不止在于速度。

It’s about learning to stay with the struggle — for that’s where joy is born.

重要的是学会与痛苦共处，因为快乐就诞生在那其中。

Joy doesn’t wait at the end. It grows along the way, and keeps us going.

快乐不在终点，而是一路生长，成为你不放弃的理由。

Not just in running — in life, too.

不只是跑步如此，人生也是一样。

When I run now, I no longer chase speed.

现在再跑步，我不再追求速度。

I keep my mind on the distance — and feel the beat under my feet.

我把心放在远方，感受脚下的节奏。

That rhythm keeps me grounded. It keeps me in what I'm doing.

这种节奏让我扎根，让我安驻所做之事。

When I write, when I record, when I lift weights — I feel the same rhythm.

做节目、写稿子、健身时，我也开始寻找这种节奏感。

In investing too, I’ve learned — patience builds more than profit. It builds character.

在投资里我学到的，不只是如何赚钱，而是学会了用耐心塑造自己。

I slow down, focus on what I’m doing — and do it with patience.

我放慢节奏，专注于手上的事——用耐心去完成它。

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart.”

“请耐心对待你内心所有尚未解决的事。”

Some answers don’t come by force. They unfold when you are ready.

有些答案，强求不来；它们会在你准备好时，自然浮现。

Keep walking, and the path will reveal itself.

你只管走路，路会在脚下慢慢清晰。

So to those of you preparing for exams, chasing dreams, or simply trying to hold on —

如果你正在备考、追梦，或者只是努力坚持，

Remember this: every unseen effort is strengthening what will one day be seen.

请记住，每一次不被看见的努力，都是在悄悄打磨未来将被看见的你。

Every review, every repetition, every moment you nearly gave up — but didn’t.

每一次复习、每一次重复练习、每一次几乎放弃却咬牙坚持，

That’s how patience is shaped.

这，就是耐心被雕刻的方式。

Not in sudden leaps, but in steady, faithful steps.

不是一蹴而就，而是一小步一小步地走出来。

And when the moment comes —

当那个时刻真正到来时，

You'll find the diamond has been there all along.

你会发现，那颗钻石早就在你心里，熠熠生光。
