For this episode I travelled to deepest darkest Sutton in London to hang out with the wonderful Amy Lawrenson. We talked all about her time with Elle and Byrdie, becoming a personal trainer and running for 500 days in a row (HOW?!). PLUS I got to meet her cats and we talk about that for... quite a long time.
