Did you know that if you say no to sex and your spouse or partner goes ahead and has sex with you anyway, it's considered rape?

Statistically speaking, more narcissists will rape their spouses than other people. Even legally speaking, marital and relationship rape is not okay.

But so often, men and women aren't aware that it's even considered rape, let alone that there are actions they can take to protect themselves.

The shame and pain of it all can lead to PTSD or C-PTSD symptoms - and sadly, for those survivors involved with people with NPD and other cluster B disorders, that's often already a factor that holds them back in recovery.
