When have you been poorly compensated? 

Shaun and his wife were at a restaurant south - her order was messed up - as compensation they got half a bottle of opened rose wine. Leonie moved house and her phone and internet was stuffed up for a month - they kept chasing her for the bill but she got the month free. Kat had a new car that was faulty and got 2 free services. Nathan actually got compo from a telecommunications company and Jo's family were woken up mid-flight to receive a cake apologising for their flights being messed up.

Nat went to Sri Lanka and there were problems with the dogs and she wasn’t told about it til after she got home! Jaynie's dog died while she was on holiday at Parliament House and Lauren was made redundant while on holiday....
