We interview CrossFit Kate Gordon and her new fiancee, Greg. They are the hosts of the Gone Rogue Podcast. Kate is a highly respected CrossFit Coach and a member of the CrossFit seminar staff responsible for trainer others to become CrossFit coaches. She owns an online fitness programming business and a nutrition coaching company. She has competed at the CrossFit Games twice and is an incredible athlete.

Her and Greg are in a publicly open relationship and will be attending our event, Be Better At Being Bad, at Hedonism II Resort, January 6-13th. Kate will be one of the keynote speakers.

We interview Ashley Manta, aka. the "Cannasexual", recognized expert on the intersection of cannabis and sex. We discuss all things cannabis-related along with brief discussions about other prevalent psychedelics sometimes seen at events and parties.

Ashley gives us tips on how to avoid common mistakes when using cannabis along with the best ways to ensure it is a benefit to your sex life. She also answers some pretty dumb questions from Scott.

Listen in as April and Scott discuss their long-awaited, first separate dates. It took almost 4 months to get dates setup. How did it go? Did either of us get hurt, or jealous, or... were they great?

We dig into the details of what went well and what might could have been better. We talk in great depth about the people we chose to have these dates with and how we feel about them now that the dates are over.

At the very end we talk about the one thing that Scott did while on his date that really bothered April. Did Scott break a rule? Or was this something April never anticipated but within the boundaries they each agreed to?

Scott discusses his previous 3 failed marriages, having an affair that cost him everything but gained him the world, losing his extended family over his lifestyle choices, rejoicing that his immediate family still loves and supports him, his decade long internal battle leaving religion, and how through the chaos of his public adultery and being outed as a swinger, he's finally found purpose and fulfillment while living life with the woman of his dreams.

In our first episode we wanted to tell April's story from her less than ideal upbringing, her rebellious early twenties, a tumultous marriage, the subsequent finding of religion and working for the church, her affair and how finally, in her mid-forties she is finding herself and her true calling through fitness and consensual non-monogamy.
