Can you believe we are in the last quarter of the year? I wanted to check in with you to see how your year has gone so far.

Are you all enthusiastic as you reflect on your business or career growth? 

Or has it been a challenging year so far? 

Perhaps you’ve experienced growth and success but also some failures and disappointments.

But this is one of the many reasons I am so grateful for the tool of the Enneagram and that I get the opportunity to practice what I preach. Not just on a spiritual level but as a student of my personality and for clarity on why I process, make decisions, and engage with disappointment and failure the way I do.
